Payments and cancellations
Cancellation and Refund Policy
The signed Website Repair Service Agreement and invoice control the payment and refund terms for a specific project. The following is the general policy when the signed agreement does not state otherwise.
Website reviews
The $59 Mobile Website Review is paid in full before the review begins. Once review work has started, the payment is nonrefundable because the service consists primarily of professional review time and written findings. When a qualifying Small-Site Cleanup is booked within 30 days after delivery of the review, the full $59 may be applied as a project credit under the published credit terms.
Fixed-price repairs
For the $119 and $199 packages, the required payment or deposit must be received before work begins. A deposit becomes nonrefundable after work starts or project time has been reserved and substantive preparation has begun.
Custom projects
Custom quotes identify the deposit, milestones, balance, and cancellation terms. Approved work outside the original scope may be invoiced separately.
Recurring Website Care
Website Care charges pay for the applicable service period and reserved availability. Charges are generally nonrefundable after a billing period begins or covered work is performed. Cancellation stops future billing only as allowed by the applicable Website Care agreement. The $59 monthly rate remains subject to its 12-month service commitment, while the $69 option is month to month.
Customer cancellation
Cancellation requests should be made in writing as soon as possible. If work has not begun, any refund will be determined after deducting nonrefundable processing costs or specifically approved expenses, when applicable.
Problems with completed work
Report concerns related to the approved scope within the review period stated in the service agreement. Included revisions do not cover new requests, unrelated issues, third-party changes, or problems introduced after delivery.
