Website terms
Terms of Use
By using this website, you agree to these basic terms. A signed Website Repair Service Agreement and written quote control any paid project and take priority over general website descriptions.
Website information
Information on this site is provided for general service and educational purposes. Package and Website Care descriptions identify typical inclusions but do not create a project obligation until the scope, price, access, schedule, billing, and payment terms are confirmed in writing.
Service requests
Submitting the contact form does not guarantee acceptance of a project. Small Site Rescue may decline work that is outside its experience, availability, technical access, or approved service scope.
Website checkup credit
The $59 Mobile Website Review may be credited in full toward Small Site Rescue labor for a qualifying Small-Site Cleanup booked within 30 days after the review is delivered. The credit applies once per website and project, has no cash value, cannot create a negative balance, and does not apply to hosting, plugins, stock assets, or other third-party expenses.
Recurring Website Care
The $69 Website Care option is billed month to month. The discounted $59 monthly option is billed monthly and requires a 12-month service commitment. A separate Website Care agreement or written order will confirm billing dates, request limits, renewal and cancellation terms, authorized recurring payment, and platform-specific exclusions before service begins.
Website Care is intended for routine content updates, minor HTML/CSS adjustments, and visible front-end troubleshooting within the agreed scope. Redesigns, new features, malware removal, database work, ecommerce configuration, accessibility certification, SEO, custom programming, and other larger work are not included unless approved in writing. Approved out-of-scope work may be billed at $50 per hour.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for confirming that they own or are authorized to modify the website, providing lawful content and instructions, maintaining independent backups, protecting credentials, and reviewing completed work within the period stated in the service agreement.
Third-party systems
Websites may depend on hosting companies, content-management systems, plugins, themes, payment processors, browsers, and other third-party systems. Small Site Rescue cannot guarantee the availability, security, future compatibility, or behavior of third-party services.
Intellectual property
The Small Site Rescue name, logo, website design, and original website content may not be copied or used as another business’s branding. Ownership of paid project work is governed by the signed service agreement and applicable third-party licenses.
